We recommend booking a flight and hotel accommodation in Tashkent in advance to ensure comfortable travel to the Forum.
Protocol officers will be available at Tashkent International Airport, named after Islam Karimov to assist the CAUF participants on both occasions of arrival and departure.
The local currency is the Uzbek sum. Major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants, and department stores.
Please note that as per government regulation, foreign nationals are allowed to export foreign currency from Uzbekistan, but only up to the amount initially declared at customs upon arrival in the country or withdrawn from their US bank account in Uzbekistan.
